After couple of months of lockdown, I felt to Pen down my thoughts. The reason is from version lockdown 1, 2, etc., it seemed one day this will stop and I'll have some daily routine duty to perform. Oh hell, yea, now that I am enlightened and realised that it isn't ending soon. There is new working norm and we all have to learn to live with Covid 19 pandemic situation.
In midst of this challenging times, also lays great opportunities for all of us to do things which we always wanted to do and hardly could get time for it. There is lot to speak about what all I have been doing during the silence in the blog. Having said that, while eateries, restaurants, hospitality is going through the big hit and there hardly any customer's who wish to eat out, the craving to eat something mouth watering, doesn't stop at all. So our family has been doing all kinds of practices, out of which one stood in one of my favorite lists. That is a chocolate cake 😋
Recipe includes, biscuits, baking soda, baking powder, & milk and infact also ENO can be used. Now that my spouse has mastery over it we decided to take it to of for some real party.
The princess turns 10 and there you see the chocolate cake for her birthday. Along with and additional surprise of Banana walnut cake.
Nothing can hold one back from his or hers freedom to live life joyfully. Even though you are staying at home, don't stop yourself in enjoying the time by choosing variety of your passions in the Schindler's List.
