Everyone thought that it is going be all normal on 14 days of lockdown, however it extended. In the begining we felt vaccination will solve all the Pandemic trouble and world affairs will begin in full swing. Months and months and now nearly 2 years, we are still not able to go back to the way of lifestyle as it was earlier. By now I hope all have understood the uncertainties of dealing with this Pandemic which has survived for so long. One of the major area that is concerning is Education for our Children, which has almost been kind of stagnant. Only having online Classes isn't enough and there is some more need to be done to carve the future of our Children.
Are Online Classes actually shaping our kids for the future. Children are future of our nation & they have to be nurtured with extreme care. Although couple hours are spend on online classes, they are still missing the social environment with their buddies, teachers and physical interaction with the outside world. What about the co- curriculum activities? What about there play time. Children have discerning mind, hence once they go to play, they forget the track of time. Same is with other activities that they are interested in. Aren't they losing out on enjoying the natural law's blessed on them?
Education systems should not stick to only online Classes trend. They should also plan various mechanisms for engaging the kids in various other activities. For e.g ... Giving them a physical challenge exercise, some mental exercises, participating in games. Like telling the group to get a spoon, find the red color cloth and show on video, etc. Only pouring bunch of books as information is not going to be enough. They need much more now. And they need much more attention then ever before. Because they are the Future. They are the reflection of our Nation & Overall world that we create as Humans.
