SILENT RETREAT!

Noises that we hear today are of various types. Most of the sounds never existed 100 years back. Like noise of vehicle's,  refrigerator,  fan, Oven, Industrial,  etc. Earlier when all these sounds were missing; sounds of nature was pretty dominant than it is now. Cities have not only ripped the planet, it has also stolen the cuteness of nature. Now that lighting bolt has struck Human Beings, mind it only Human Beings by the Pandemic, all the economic sounds have come to stand still.

Sounds of nature are once again clearer. Sky's appear blue, without the need of being on the Skyscrapers.  It doesn't mean we have to stop all the revolutionary outcomes. Those are absolutely impressive and appreciated. Having said that, it is definitely need of the hour to see that we use the earth resources within defined limitations. Nature is always willing to give; but we consciously should make a choice in making use of the resources. We do have enough understanding about our limitations. Even then, the limits, the barriers are always broken by some ruthless segment of people.

A little bit of increased attention and conscious behavior can bring a great balance between nature and technological age. It is all about being conscious before making any move. 

In order to have better clarity, Silence plays a big role. It helps to face yourself from within. It throws away all your trash 🗑on you from within. You see ,how you have been making bad & good decisions and give you clear pathway. 

To remain in solitude is not being alone. It is rather time for introspection within. Spending 1 hour in Silence daily can bring huge difference in bringing about the change in the way one lives. Taking a short SILENT RETREAT is a very effective way to remove sometime from your daily schedule and deepening your experiences within the core of your heart.

 It is time to hear Silence loudly, so that you know, you aren't separate from the cosmos. You cannot live happy if you cut off or destroy your body part. The entire emptiness of cosmos can be heard in utter Silence within you, as you are part of it and one without a second.
