Too much of sweetness is a disease, so is bitterness !

Most of us love being treated with sweetness, eating sweets also looks overwhelming.  Well, may it be a character or eateries, too much sweetness does nothing but harm's you in different way. Popular sweetness related issue is being diabetic. I would not give a example of character wise sweetness because it might make people feel offended. Being sweet is no doubt a high value character. As said, there are no free lunches in life, similarly you shouldn't be sweet if no one is looking for it. Pooking noses in the name of sweetness disturbs both the end. The one who is sweet and one who is receiving it. Sweetness gives pleasure for short term, it harms for long term. When it is about bitterness,  it may give distaste in for short term, but is beneficial for a long term.  However in both the attributes, anything that is overdone hampers more. We are highly sophisticated and complex consolidation of various attributes. Most of them are suffering the pain even when it has become history. Well there is a experimental solution to get of this, Forgiveness.  Forgiveness is one of the highest value that should be inculcated in our day to day life. Forgive, but don't forget!.  If there is utmost important and equally fragile for us to stay alive is air. You inhale, exhale, inhale and no exhalation - life is gone Poof! Experiencing Shivanga Sadhana for 42 Days

Two consecutive failed years back to back that I wasn't able to complete the Shivanga Sadhana. Although I was in Isha foundation premises, even than Shiva wanted me to flee back and forth from Pune to Coimbatore and vice versa. Well, it didn't feel great to see Shivanga Sadhana not happening, however still, the best part was, I was in Grace of Linga Bhairavi and Dhyanlinga. This year was my 3rd attempt,  where Sadhana Initiation and Culmination both happened online. WOW news it is!. I enrolled and today the Sadhana was successfully completed. I feel confident, clear, healthy,  devotional,  & all those emotions that leads to bliss.
